Return, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy
Currently, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@rootcauserevival.com within 7 days of delivery.
Processing Times
Excluding any preorders, once you place an order with us, please allow up to 3-5 business days for it to be processed and shipped out. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches or high-demand periods.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated shipping times will vary depending on your location. Please refer to the shipping carrier's tracking information for the most accurate delivery estimates. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we rely on third-party shipping services to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Reshipments
If an item is not deliverable due to reasons such as an inaccurate shipping address, please reach out to hello@rootcauserevival.com. The customer will incur any costs associated with reshipping.
